Avoid -- I would recommend going elsewhere. It was a very disorganized process with many different people involved. Multiple lawyers and clerks were in the process, and their internal communication was poor. And our main legal clerk (Crystal) was rude/condescending and refused to answer questions about Writs on the house we were purchasing, creating more stress/frustration on the day of closing. I notified John Zinati (the business owner) and he didn't bother responding/addressing the issue.

Also, I used them to close on a house in Toronto, and the advertised price of $999 is not what they actually charge. If you're buying over $1M, then they charge more like $1600 plus other costs even though the work is the same.
