Previously I had to drive to PG to get treatment so having such a skilled RMT local to the community is a massive benefit. I saw Zach for five appointments while dealing with an injury following a fall while mountain biking. I found him to be very knowledgeable and he really took his time to focus on the hip issue I was having following the accident. I wasn't looking for a generic approach to massage and after an initial consultation in which he outlined a plan of action he was able to tailor my treatment to my particular needs. By specifically focus on my i jury he was able to get me back riding quickly.

Cost 20% more than a regular massage and only worked on my left shoulder. There was no integration to the other body parts and the next day the pain came back. Second star given because they did follow up with some exercises for home. Would not recommend it if you're not from Mackenzie and can't get regular treatment. Treatment more like physio, not massage.

Awesome therapist! Definitely knows his stuff. I had so much tension in my neck, shoulders, and lower back and after Zach treated me, I was pain free!
