First of all, I would like to start by briefly mentioning how I met my lawyer Martin Zatovknuk.
It was during the month of August of 2018 when I received a letter from Arkin Lawyers, requesting me to seek legal advice within the coming next 30 days.
I was very confused, deeply sad due to the recent death of my husband Vicente Eliceo Gonzalez, as a result of an accident at the work site.
My heart was broken and at the same time I was pushed to find someone to represent me in court, because my husband died without a will.
After I had spoken to my friends, nobody knew any lawyer, and I needed help right away, so I looked for help online, that's where I found Martin, I sent him some brief sentences explaining my situation, he answered me giving me some advice on how I had to approach the situation.
I've always had the feeling that GOD sent Martin to help me, the very next day I went to see him with a friend of mine, I was mentally exhausted, when I got to his office I was received by the excellent team member that works with Martin, Ankita, she took notes of the issues I was facing, Martin patiently listened to me, and explained how I had to proceed, after he read my letter, he gave a time frame to solve the case, he showed he is very knowledgeable , clear and ready to help me, he knew what to ask the opposite lawyers of the case.
The case went on for almost 7 years, since one of the other parties did not want to negotiate. Martin has been very patient throughout all this process, very patient with me, because many times I did not agree with him, that was when he explained things clear to me, I am very thankful for that.
