Went there few years back for immigration services and talked to Akash. I discussed my case and they were quite reluctant in explaining the process. They asked for money. I tried second time and same happened which I felt was unprofessional. I paid the $1000 fee also and Aakash gave my money back after many calls when I refused to carry out the process through them. I won't recommend them.

Very poor customer service... the lady in the reception has no idea what she is doing.. no follow up procedures at all.. have to call them 20 times still can’t get hold of anyone and cannot get help at all
