Our business has used Willis Law for the past 3-4 years. The quality of legal services has diminished significantly over the last year. Sloppy work, poor advice, missed deadlines, and fees and disbursements that very high and not comparable with the Windsor market are but a few of the issues we've experienced. When trying to discuss issues regarding the services with the firms management, we experienced significant delay and snide comments, with no acknowledgement of the issues received. We've now seen 3 or 4 lawyers come and go...clearly a sign of a firm that is struggling to retain talent. We have taken our business elsewhere, will be filing a law society complaint, and will not be returning. Would not recommend.
