Sheena Williams at Wiebe is truly amazing. She responds quickly, gets things set up and completed with professionalism and accuracy and she’s friendly and easy to communicate with. I have been using Wiebe since relocating back to Canada in 2021 and by far the best insurance company I have dealt with. I get extremely prompt service (twice I had a last minute request the Friday of a long weekend and I had what I needed for coverage in minutes), and they are always extremely friendly and courteous. I had some questions about my auto and home policies and Lisa took the time to answer 15 mins of questions and never made me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience. Would recommend to anybody who wants legit customer service and not a call center.
