It is disgusting to see so many bad reviews about the reception staff, but given their absolutely rude and ignorant front staff, it is not surprising. WHY ARE THEY NOT BEING FIRED FOR SUCH BEHAVIOR?! UNPROFESSIONAL. DISRESPECTFUL.

The doctors are awesome, the front end staff are really rude though.
Tried to book an appointment with my doctor, called the 1st day of the month, was constantly placed on hold.
Called back on the second only to be told his schedule had been fully booked.
When I asked if there was anything I could do the person on the phone sighed and transferred me to my doctors assistant, her voicemail says she won’t return calls relating to appointments.

I’m really disappointed by how they run their bookings, and how they deal with patient concerns

Was looking to this location to change my pharmacist away from shoppers drug mart, but looking at the consistency of the bad reviews over the last three years, I won't be switching to here. Just want you to know you missed a customer because you obviously haven't figured out your front end staff issues.

Have LOVED our family doctor of over 15 years, but sadly we will be finding a new one in another city. It has gotten consistently more difficult over the years to get in to see our doctor. The reception staff are very unprofessional, rude and snarky. I can't believe with the amount of bad reviews this clinic has received they appear to have not only NOT tried to improve, but have gotten worse. One of the biggest issues we have is regarding privacy concerns. It has come to our knowledge that one particular staff member has shared personal information and this is NOT ok. Extremely upset that it has come to this and we now have to find a more trustworthy practice elsewhere. Also....in the future...don't name a clinic where patients cannot walk in....a WALK IN CLINIC. Whoever is managing this place should be fired.

Dr. Hendricks is great by far one the best docs I've seen. Assistants not so much as well as the wait time. I called the office 5 times as I needed to speak with someone in regards to some important stuff I had to get done. Booking a walk-in appointment is a struggle. But when I did get one I came in early and was made to wait 1hr before I got in a room and then an extra 30min for the doctor.
