Nice, friendly front staff. Always accommodating to offer different appointment times as they are open. Hygienist was always courteous about if I had any pain, and friendly as well. I'm happy I changed to Wetaskiwin Family Dental, and if you're looking, I fully recommend them

We had our first visit with Wetaskiwin Family Dental for a checkup and cleaning. Cleaning and checkup were comfortable.
My husband had an appointment on week later for three fillings. Appointment went well but Dr. Singh said the one filling went quite deep so he prescribed an antibiotic, antiseptic mouth wash.
We were both impressed that Dr. Singh called to check on my husband at 8:00 that evening.

Dr Singh was able to restore my smile, He restored teeth in my fiance's mouth like you wouldn't believe. He does unreal work! I had holes, gaps and broken teeth in the front, I did not have a smile left but I do again from one appointment so thank you very much.

His assistants, Lori and Alicia, are highly skilled and have been integral to the practice for many years.

Their hygiene team consists of Yash and Marlene, and I would be happy to see either of them for my hygiene needs.

The front desk team, Noosa and Kristina, are fantastic—always welcoming, thorough, and incredibly helpful.

Well, it started with a phone call to asked if they would do a free consultation they said yes, and booked me the same day, which was perfect! What happened after that was the worst experience I ever had before I even met the DentIst! She took all my information over the phone to set up the chart, she said. She asked to my prior dentist was which was a big mistake, because she called my old dentist and asked her my file without my permission which she needed written authorization! My old dentist just willing gave away my private information without written consent! Which is against the law!
Now since she saw some of my prior file she said:
“I received your xrays from old dentist and there are only 2 taken of a specific tooth. For our dentist to diagnose treatment and have a functional consult with you about treatment, he will need to do a comlete exam and the appropriate xrays with that. Your plan covers this at 90%, and the cost to you today would be $82.32. Are you okay to proceed with your appointment today?“
So much for the “Free Consultation”! I was furious with them & my old dentist! Now if this is how things goes behind my back, how do you think things would go in the future! Without your authorization I am sure of it! So before I could even meet anyone, and since there was no free consultation I did not agree to paying for anything so it ended before it even got started!
