I've been to this location twice, both times to notarize documents for a real estate transaction in Florida.

The first time (in 2022), the service was great. Seamless and quick.

The second time, we were told the articles of incorporation we brought were inadequate to prove the signing authority. This is after I phoned in advance to confirm the documents we needed to bring. We were told to seek help elsewhere as "many other notaries in Barrie would be more comfortable with notarizing these documents".

Unfortunately, the inconsistency between visits proves this location to be unreliable. We will not be returning.

I've been here 2 times now to get my documents notarized. Pretty fast and efficient service for a walk-in. Both times, I only waited 5-10 minutes for my turn. Prices are reasonable, and I was in and out in 20 minutes.

We had a very disappointing experience at this notary public in Barrie. Instead of providing the help we needed, we were told to go to our "cultural professional," which felt quite disrespectful. The notary insisted my mother-in-law must read and speak English to proceed — an unnecessary and unreasonable demand, especially considering that another Canadian notary was able to complete the same service professionally and respectfully within just 5–7 minutes. While this notary might have helped others, she certainly did not help us, and the overall attitude and excuses we were given left a very bad impression.

I wish could have replied to your previous revert on my review but here name of the applicant is exact same as the document which we needed to authorize . We got notarized on our document from somebody else who is even not from our “culture”. About English she read the paper front of you.. she knows what our document says another main thing before reading the document or trying to understand our matter, you even did not listen and just decided not yo do. And repeated the same thing that name does not match.. regarding to laws do you think that other people does not follow rule and just do notaries without reading or reviewing the document.? If another person can do than you also can do as per law.. laws and policies are not different.
