I used this company’s services to obtain a Work Permit. During the process, I specifically asked if I could travel with just the Work Permit, and they did not advise me about the need for a TRV (Temporary Resident Visa) stamping (after this happened however they argue that this wasn’t true) As a result, I was stuck in India for five months, which caused significant stress and inconvenience.

Ultimately, I had to hire a lawyer to resolve the issue. While the company is IRCC-certified, it is run by software engineers rather than lawyers, which may explain the lack of thorough legal guidance. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend investing in a qualified immigration lawyer instead of relying on consultants who may not fully understand the complexities of immigration law.

Think carefully before choosing this service. Mistakes in immigration matters can have serious consequences. This is my personal experience however, and others can have different experiences and views.
