I love Vinnies ?but the Lakefield store is special! I’ve been to all three Vinnies near Peterborough , and while they are all good, the Lakefield store is a standout for friendly, helpful staff, and a great shopping experience! The store and the merchandise are always spotless, and thoughtfully arranged with an eye to an attractive presentation . Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!

Each time my son and I go to vinnies in Lakefield we always have such a great experience, always something new to find and buy. Its always clean and smells fresh, and all of the workers are always ready to help and are always wonderful to deal with.

I was so disappointed with the location in Lakefield! The one lady was really rude to my mom and me.
There was a kids 3t coat that came in not that long ago (after us being there) and I though it would be perfect for my almost 2year old son. So my mom and I were taking in front of her about how perfect it is for him. So I asked how much and she replied “ I haven’t priced it yet”. So then I ask well how long do you think it would be to do so?! With a snippy attitude she replied “ with other things I have to do today it could be until the end of the day before I get to it”.
That made me feel very uncomfortable and not wanting to shop there. You would think she could of been nicer about it and also they should be encouraging people to buy their stuff. So for my first time going into vinnies was not a good experience.

I frequent all of the vinnies locations in both Peterborough and lakefield and the lakefield location is not only well organized, very clean and the staff are all very friendly but it always has a small town vibe and community feel. We love the store! Keep it up, staff! 🙂

The store is organized pretty well and there are friendly staff who respond well. Just make sure you bring smaller bills and or a debit card to support the small business!
