This past year Victoria Xu law helped me with the sale of my home and everything went perfect at a fair price. I also recently had Victoria help me with our new home purchase and again everything was perfect. Either Victoria or Philip pick up the phone and respond to emails very efficiently. I really appreciate their work because they even help 2 months after my close because the individual who we bought our home from were evading paying their outstanding property tax and Victoria Xu Law team hounded the seller until they paid up. What else can you ask for a law firm that has your back and fees are reasonable.

TERRIBLE PLACE! When I called the lady to inquire about services on behalf of my father she was very rude, she rushed me off of the phone and she hung up on me. This was Victoria herself that picked up the phone and you could barely even understand what she was saying since she had a very strong accent and she didn’t allow me to even explain my situation. Very bad customer service and attitude. I do not recommend this place at all, save yourself the trouble and your money.

Excellent service and reasonable price! We used Victoria recently for the transaction to sell our previous home. We like the service they provided to us. Victoria always picked up the phone and get back to us quickly. We have some problems with the bank to send out the payout statement on time so the transaction was completed late in the day. We expressed our concerns that we want to get the funds on the same day. Victoria sent her assistant to the bank right away and deposited the funds to our bank account right before 5 pm, saved us the interest charge for that day. We had used Victoria for several years and we are happy with her service all the time. We have been referring her to our friends as well and I don't think anyone in GTA can beat her price.
