I Wish, I could give them no stars, (options not available). They are the worst law firm to deal with when it comes to settlement. I agree and respect with all others who gave positive reviews with 5 stars. Yes, they could bring up good negotiations with the insurance company with settlement for more money.
To be honest, the whole fake dramas are only to protect their disbursement, legal fees and HST, as well as the other accounts associated with rehabilitation and assessment facilities centres.
I, strictly, retained, Verkhovets law firm, to work for the best interest on my behalf, not for others, who have not signed into the retainer.
Their legal commitment is to benefit me the most. Instead;
Initially, they offered negative figures to convince to accept the settlement.
Then offered to accept zero.
And then offered, by throwing some amount of dollars to accept and signup for another claim, called tort (third party liability claim), which I do not wish to proceed with.
I am still waiting for compensation for my work hours, I lost during this pain and suffering caused by this accident claim, as well as for my present and future medical expenses caused by this accident.

Even though, the insurance company is satisfying both of my basis requirements, in contrast, my legal representative eating up all and I end up with negative and zero options.

They are still abusing and bullying me to force to sign the settlement papers.

Moral of the story, if I am getting nothing at the end, why do I even bother to have a legal representation? I better off dealing with the insurance company directly for better or worst.
When it comes to any accidents claims, Legal law firms, the medial rehabilitation and assessment centres are the winners. We are the victims of accident benefit claims.

They’re good and of course, work with you to get maximum settlement. I asked questions and was able to get answers. Treatment/physio can eat through a lot of the settlement so understand how much treatment costs and how frequent it’s required to build a good case so you can walk away with maximum money after the 35% split. Once settled, payment takes a long time.
