Law Society of Ontario gave referral to this firm, and I reach out by email and phone. I realized they are not checking their email address which showing in their website contact page. I left a voice message, and finally they called back after 2-3 attempts. I spoke with the lady she ask some questions and gave roughly cost amount around 5-7K and I said okay let's discuss details and you can provide retainer.

I am expecting retainer, but they forget. Then I follow up again and again, finally someone answer the phone and hold me few minutes, then said we are not going to represent you. I asked reason, they did not provide. Also they change the amount asking 35K.

I told them having tight schedule and need to hire someone, they hold me two weeks and even verbally accept at the beginning then refuse after two days.

Reason they are mentioning because of tight schedule, but there is not schedule I share with them yet.

So, my bad experience with the unprofessional firm.

I would like to post a review of Veritasa Law Practice and particularly Tammy Nurse who help guide us through the process. We are from Syracuse NY but own a cottage on Charleston Lake. Our goal was to get the cottage from the Land Registry into the Land Titles. Tammy was extremely professional and guided us through the entire process, keeping us updated regularly. If I had questions she was always able to assist. It was a long process especially with us being in the US things had to be conducted by email or phone. My only issue throughout the entire process was the fact that any transactions could not be done by credit card. Other than that I would highly recommend the Veritasa Law Firm.

This summer, I hired the services of Veritasa Law Firm and my experience with them was wonderful!

I asked them to manage the sale and purchase of a new home and they agreed to take on this task (and I thought the price was very reasonable).

They provide their services virtually, so it doesn’t matter where you are in Ontario, they can help. I found this helpful, in that I didn’t have to spend travel time and waiting time to see someone. I just booked my appointment time for a virtual session, and we did all our transactions from the comfort of my own home and in a timely manner.

My purchase of our new home went smoothly and efficiently. However, when it came to the sale of our home, the people buying our home were causing a lot of grief changing the closing date. I was ever so grateful to have Clint Culic on my side! Due to Clint’s quick thinking and action, we got a resolution to the problem that worked for both parties involved.

I would highly recommend the services of Veritasa Law to anyone who asked. In fact, I have, and those people were happy with the services provided as well.
