We sold our home with the help of Shelley Smith from Venture Law Group. She really is the “Lawyer that calls you back”. The service she provided was professional, prompt and smooth. Shelley and her team were thorough and answered all our questions. We felt confident and well taken care of for the sale of our house.

The transaction was so smooth that after only one visit and a couple of quick conversations during the offer of the purchase we were so surprised to see the money in the bank a couple of weeks later at the closing date. Her team at Venture Law handled everything!

I worked with Robert Collier as my realestate lawyer. Robert is an excellent lawyer and I am so greatful to have had him work with me. Robert is efficient, knowledge, and patient. I had a complicated and very quick house purchase, it definitely wasn't the standard. Robert provided me with the legal advice and actions needed to secure the sale and make sure I was protected and my needs were met.
