I strongly suggest that staff receive serious training from any qualified human relations healthcare professional. I've witnessed, on occasion, intimidating remarks that were literally rude and unkind, void of compassion and professionalism, to patients upon their arrival or departure from the clinic. There surprisingly exists, at times, a pitiful annoying air of arrogance and superiority, attitudes that are uncalled for and have absolutely NO place in Alberta's Healthcare protocol.

The whole time I felt like Dr. Abul Ala Sohail Siddiqui was just trying to rush me out of the door. Told me I could only discuss 2 quick things with him during my walk in. Unknowledgeable, had to talk to the pharmacist after to figure out what chiropractor does ortho in town.

The 1 star rating is because you have to click on it to write a review. Two people I know in the past week and a half have returned home from a visit to this family clinic in tears. One had to seek out another doctor in another community to get the level of care in terms of thoroughness, testing, and exams given her age and symptoms. The other had to push the doctor for details, clarification, and follow up after pointing out inconsistencies between the information on the doctors screen and her myAHS connect account. The bedside manner of these physicians was abhorrent. I strongly recommend if you have a loved one who is elderly or who doesn’t possess the confidence to advocate for themselves that they bring along someone who will.

My Dr. quit and moved to the city so I am forced to use the walk in clinic. Was #2 in line, 45 min later patient #1 was still waiting. Not going to wait hours just for a renewal. Time to find a new clinic. Will NOT be back.

90 % of the time cannot get through by phone because they are always tied up. Will not make appointments in person, even after telling them we tried to call numerous times for 3 days straight. Terrible attitude from receptionists. We were sent to the hospital for a urinalysis for my daughter, we were told the doctor would get back to us. It has been a week. No answers even after calling the hospital and finally getting through to the clinic. Took a home test from the drug store and she had one. Had to take her to ER just to get a prescription. TERRIBLE! Never going back!

Extremely unpleasant experience. I felt that I created an inconvenience for the receptionists by coming into the clinic. I had missed an appointment, due to unexpected circumstances. I was happy to pay the missed appointment fee until I was told it would be 80.00 dollars. I will not be back and would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

The clinic seems to be able to blame the patient for appointments. We made an appointment for 125 pm when we arrived the appointment was supposedly at 1125 am. Though they were not rude this time they were very dismissive in there approach. They told us we were wrong. We wrote this appointment time down so we wouldnt forget. This wasnt the first time this happened.

I am writing this review as a witness to what I seen go on in the clinic and how some patients were treating the receptionist. Kudos to the poor new girl at the front and how you dealt with the rudeness from someone. I felt bad for how you. Very helpful and patient!
