My experience in therapy prior to Effie wasn’t very good, i never really felt comfortable or supported. My experience with Effie was completely different: she is honest, compassionate and VERY good at her job, listening and reading nonverbal cues. I can finally learn how to open up in therapy in order to help myself. We’ve been working on my struggles with anxiety and self-confidence and if you struggle with the same things I highly recommend this therapist for younger people!!

For years, I have sought out help from many people in the field; social workers, psychologists, school counsellors, .etc., but I was never comfortable with them, I never truly opened up, and held back important information.
