Stay away from them. They took all my information, I gave them all they listed. They kept on asking for endless information, and even ended up threatening me with additional charges after paying them so much on fees. They promised to do my US and Canadian income Taxes, but they didn't do them at all .
I got another guy who charged me 1/4 of what I paid them. Communication was zero. Once they take your money the service and communication drops to zero. I still want my money back before I go public with CBC.

Lily is very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you so much to Lily’s help for the US tax refund of $78,000 from the US pension. Thank you so much to Lily for getting the US ITIN smoothly and certifying my passport too. Lily and her team are very efficient and replying to my emails so professionally and e-filing my tax to CRA and IRS. Last year, My friend sold her vacation in Azorina. Lily also helps my friend a lot. Lily is so knowledgeable to walk my friend through the tax implications and tax consequences in the US, Canada, Arizona and Alberta. Lily helps my friend to minimize her tax in both countries and avoid the double tax. Lily helps my friend to get her US house sale tax refund of $58,000 back. Lily also helps her to take care of CRA for all the required tax filing and reporting from the US house sale to avoid thousands of tax penalties. Lily and her team are so responsible and experienced. We understand good service deserves a good pay. Lily's fee is not the lowest on the market compared to many places offering low fees for fake experience, fake/no license, not responsible... for the quality we get from Lily, it is a great deal to have Lily to take care of our tax. Some places offer low fees but create terrible tax trouble later on. Lily saves our tax trouble and tax headache. We will come back to do my tax with Lily next year!!!

Company didn’t reply to website enquiry. Called and they said to put another in. Got one email reply. Then after two follow ups never received any more follow up. Very disappointing. Wouldn’t waste your time.

Be aware outrageous fees, $300 / 30 min just to confirm that she can help me. Won't talk to you completely ridiculous. Complete waste of time. Stay away.
