First meeting was nice - however, later they were not much helpful in completing the house sale documents and settlements. They have created several layers of telephone attendants who can't help you or do not let you access the lawer. I would definitely stay away - as they are unprofessional.

If you say which law office have good price and perfect customer service. I would definitely tell you Uppal Pandher llp! I been there for my restaurant and real estate. The boss is really nice and always give me cheap price! Every time I went there with urgen thing , corporate assistant and real estate assistance always take good care of my thing. I have had the pleasure of having Uppal Pandher LLP do my Canadian Permanent Residency application for me. My point of contact was Maansi, she was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. They were very efficient in guiding me through the process. They were in constant communication and answered my questions promptly and professionally. They made sure that I had all my documents and that the documents were correct and up to date before they submitted it to the IRCC. Poor customer experience!

Called to inquire about citizenship services. Lady answered her phone with very rude tone, and when inquired about the fees, she said $3k to$4k.

Basic customer experience principles were NOT applied. If this is the entry point in getting service from Mr Uppal wonder what the actual experience would have been.

This was all over the phone and I work in the industry of customer services and this have been my worst experience. No etiquettes what so ever!
