After paying for a 45 min consultation that barely lasted 15 mins, I was told to reach out to the lawyer by calling the office if and when I needed further assistance with my case. So I did call, multiple times. Kept getting told the lawyer will give me a call back shortly. It has been over 2 months and I simply never heard back. Not via phone, not via email. The receptionist I spoke to the last time acted like I was bothering her, too. And I really could have used the extra advice regarding my case. I don’t appreciate that at all, if someone has paid for a service, let them fully receive their service.

Prior to that call, the lawyer I spoke to in my initial quick 15 min consultation, he was nice and informative on the available packages. The added star is really just for him.

This is not an expertise issue, as both lawyers were very knowledgeable without a doubt, but rather a customer service one.

We expect and hope that a lawyer can bring some justice to your sufferings, but what if they make it an even more miserable experience? Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened to me with this law firm.

Until I signed the contract, they were very responsive, interested, and enthusiastic about my case. But as soon as I signed, they disappeared completely. They stopped responding to my calls and emails, and they sat on the case without offering any roadmap, next steps, or updates. I felt completely taken for granted.

When I finally confronted this attitude and emailed them to cancel the contract, there was still no response. It’s incredibly disheartening to feel ignored and neglected by someone who’s supposed to be your advocate. Whom should any person approach if lawyers who are supposed to help people are like this?

I’ve lost hope, to be honest. Please don’t do this to people who are suffering and in pain.
