Called exactly on time. It was a complimentary session but he still made sure I knew my options and what would be most beneficial. Didn't pressure me into paying for further services, but I will likely do so anyway because of this experience. For a free 20 minute session? Excellent. Thank you

Chris was knowledgeable with everything that I asked him about in regards to PGWP, work permit and PR as an international student. Was able to answer all my questions and also give insights and advice on things that I should also consider and prepare for.

Although it was a 20 minute session. it did not last more than 10 mins, as none of my questions were answered and the agent kept insisting on purchasing an “hour paid” session. When i asked general questions about the immigration, he literally said “i will have to check it on computer, which can only happen in the paid session.”

If there is no value in free sessions, they should not advertise it as 20 min “info” session, I wouldn’t mind paying.

I went uninformed i returned frustrated.

Had a 15 mins free consultation with one of the consultants and all I asked was how to apply for my brother to come to Canada. I was talking about his situation for a couple of mins and didn’t hear anything from the other side and I thought he hung up the phone but he was listening. Then All I heard was it’s not possible and it’s not happening. He didn’t even give me one suggestion or Didn’t even talk about any possibilities although I asked a few times if he can give me any advice. I was actually looking for a professional consultation that could possibly help me through the process but I think that 15 mins showed me enough of how much help I’m going to get after I pay for this service. So I ended up calling another consultant and she lead me through all the possibilities with so much patience.

Wish I could rate less then one star . Called and talked to Chris about Family Sponsorship for my husband and Chris was a total jerk . FYI Chris muslim men and women are NOT ALLOWED TO HANGOUT ALLONE BEFORE MARRIAGE!!!
