Useless for the information I needed. Was told that they didn't handle that type of law. Sure would have been nice to talk with a lawyer and get some information

The Lawyers are get down to the point immediately. Do not go in with unbelievable stories and expect them to make break your case. This, unfortunately, is not what Legal Aid Lawyers do. Be honest with them, be ready to go to court on your scheduled dates and be kind to their wonderful Paralegals and Administrative Assistants. They work very hard to get your case heard properly by the courts.
