Found the Receptionist to be rude and abrupt. Cut me off mid sentence before I could say what i was looking for. Told me no consultations over the phone and no new clients till the new year. All I wanted to know is if they handled the type of legal matter I had, and I also would have waited till the new year, will look for another law firm now. Not a good first impression when the receptionist is the first contact your client has.

The reception is a rude woman .. when I asked to leave a message for a certain lawyer , she actual said to me .. “what? “ instead of pardon me , or I can’t hear you .
I said I’d like to speak with so and so .. she says” well, not till you go through me first, what do you want ?”
Someone needs a lesson in manners .

Receptionist was short with all her answers and when I finally talked to a lawyer, he started the conversation with "I'm short of time, what do you need?" Not exactly what I'm looking for in a lawyer, I need someone devoted to me and my injuries. Thanks for nothing.

The receptionist is a very rude woman she laughed in my face made smirk comments under her breath definitely not somebody you want to deal with I believe the lawyer should know that this woman is bringing his business down
