My Dad recently passed and we cannot thank the owners/staff at Torrance enough. Very professional, yet personable and so responsive and respectful. Our family is in Toronto and our Dad was in Parry Sound, even with technology it still makes it difficult. Not once did I get an answering service or delayed response from Steve or his team. They took care of so much for us way above the funeral service and burial. So many legal and government requirements that I thought we would need to handle.

For the service they recommend a fellow John Crooker, again incredibly professional, reached out and represented my Dad and our family so very well.

After the reception, they asked if we were good with them donating the remaining lunch to a local charity, I think that shows their mindset.

I find it only fitting for this review to emanate from my mom's account. Torrance's staff handled the difficult task of our family's loss, and internment, of her with such a high level of stoic professionalism. Special thanks to Allison. If anyone could ever mitigate the pain of such an event, if even in a small way, Torrance certainly did. Much thanks, from a grateful family.
