Have had great experiences in the past with their services. However, this year it was really really bad. Left in tears, confused as to what reassessment was submitted and was charged more than the credits I received back from Canada Revenue. Really disappointed in the service this year guys! All I can say is if they seem stress and flustered and quick to brush you off, go somewhere else quick. The manager Clay seems great though, very responsive and will look into issues promptly.

They were great they do our taxes every year and they have a military discount! Drop off T4s and in 1 to 2 days later there done ready. No appointment needed. Update a coue of years ago they missed a major deduction and if I hadn't caught it I would have owed thousands to the CRA. I do my own taxes now and it's even easier.
