Wonderful experience with a recent home purchase!

They made the experience very easy, explained everything thoroughly and were very upbeat and pleasant.

Special thanks to Corrie for being on top of everything , answering our many questions and always with a smile!

Never ever go with these clowns . We bought a house and had them , absolute nightmare . It's been almost a full year and they won't get our file finished. I'd never trust them to buy anything. If your looking to buy a house don't have these people take the process ...
To the lawyer who signs a contract Than tells you its your problem for months . Shame on you shame on your firm and shame on your half ass practice ethic.
They won't admit there wrongs and point the finger . And they won't take ownership for there mistakes as they try to pass the buck onto every other person but they will definitely take your hard earned money than copy and paste your file incorrectly .

Completely useless to say the least . Oh and if you have solar panels on a property your looking at . Walk away . Matter of fact run . Because these idiots will never get you paid been almost a year . My purchase agreement says we own the solar panels . 30,000 for a buyout of the system to never see a penny of the money and they won't rectify the issue .water tax arrears, property tax oh and not to mention the 22,000 dollar shed that was in the process of being repossessed by a company because the last homeowner never paid for it .
Needless to say as a first time home buyer don't ever look to these people . They left us in shambles for so long,
A time that's supposed to be pleasing and a new journey was a disaster .
