While at the start of an amicable separation from my spouse, I reached out to Tracy Clark to see what options I might have for the creation of a Separation Agreement to help advance the separation process. After hearing me describe the situation, how amicable it was, and that my spouse and I had already sorted and agreed to how our marital assets and debts would be divided, and the intent of how we would reach our settlement, Tracy provided the option of a flat-fee Separation Agreement creation which would reflect our desires in the separation.

Tracy was able to provide a draft of the separation agreement very quickly and following waiting on a residential property assessment from my lender to finalize the financial values needed for the marital equalization payments, we had a fully signed separation agreement within 2 months of first speaking with Tracy.
