This is the most outstanding group of people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Tisdale dental group is amazing. Always very warm and welcoming environment. The staff and dentists go above and beyond to appease their clients. They are compassionate and understanding. The dental care team is thorough and always puts the comfort of their clients over anything.
A big thank you to Dr. Ashlyn Shwab and her assistant Shelby for their extra care today.

Julie our hygienist and Dr.Stacey were 10/10 with my 3 year old today!! Thanks guys you rock! They explained everything to him and actually spoke to him not me during his appt which I really appreciate and so did he! Great experience 😁 he was happy happy happy when we left to tell his dad he had 20 squeaky clean teeth!

I wish I could say that I had a pleasant experience as everyone reviewed but my experience with this dental group was horrible. The receptionist was nasty and rude. She needs customer service training or something. I complained how I was struggling to get by and then she sarcastically she tells me about her hard time to make ends meet. How unprofessional!! I told her I went back to school and she should go back to school too.She was terrible towards me after that. I will go any other dental place than this one. Booking appointment in Saskatoon!! Now to wait for the manager to call me. No stars for terrible reception!! Send her for customer service training, invest in your staff or pay them more so they dont complain to customers!!

Tisdale Dental Group is a very professional team. Everyone there is very friendly and the girls at the front desk are very welcoming and warm. I would like to thank my primary Doctor. Dr. Dustin Roth, for his patience and persistence today. I had a root canal treatment on my right tooth a year ago. Since my tooth nerve is very sensitive and it hurts when I eat hard foods such as nuts, I have stopped using it since then. During that time, Dr. Dustin Roth tried to fix it several times but it still didn't work well. I almost gave up. When I went to have my teeth cleaned recently, Dr. Roth came to ask about the condition of my teeth again. I told him truthfully that I have not been able to use my right tooth. He asked me to come back and try to fix it again. This time it really worked well. I am so happy and excited!
I highly recommend Dental Group👋

I found the staff polite and helpful. However, the dentist was more interested in the procedure than the patient. He never showed me my x-ray, didn’t clean out extra freezing that tasted horrible, and never numbed the inside of my mouth before the needle. Twice i felt significant pain. However, the extraction was successful. He did not offer or mention taking anything for pain, however he did give me a prescription for penicillin for the infection.

I had a dental emergency when an old filling fell out of a molar. Phoned the Tisdale Dental Group and they couldn’t have been nicer. They worked me in, did the prep and I had my new crown (which looks amazing) by around lunch. Big thanks to Dr. Roth and the team over there!

Staff are very friendly and helpful! Dr. Little and assistant are wonderful…..very competent and efficient. The whole atmosphere helps to calm nerves about having dental work done! So glad to have found this office.
