I went to Newtan after purchasing a home and Newtan took the time to review my whole contract and go through every page with me in detail, making sure I didn’t miss any huge risks! He was also extremely responsive as I did have a deadline to submit particular requests with my builder (which was all happening while Newtan was travelling in and out of Dubai) but he made sure to make my request a priority and took care of my issues immediately once he landed. I highly recommend him as he definitely cares about his clients needs and aims to meet all your requests no matter where he is!

Went with Thevans Law for the purchase of my second pre-construction home.

Newtan provided me with a quote breakdown via phone and email. It was a great price knowing it was relatively cheaper than the quotes I received from other legal firms.
