Jasmine is the most disrespectful ignorant person that I’ve ever met in a business office. Do not return calls and have us waiting on signing documents and then for me to go in because she would not call me back to find out that they close the file so do have a power of attorney signed you need to have, the person who is signing over power of attorney if he’s in the hospital because of old age, he can’t be there so they basically close the file wasted five weeks of my time now I have to find another lawyer. This woman is most disrespectful woman. She’s not professional her hair is greasy , all strangling all over the place. She looks like she she’s hung over and I will be filing a complaint against this law office.

Terry was referred to me. I am the president of Tait's Island Cottagers Association Inc. in Mckellar ON. The association is dealing with a specific issue for which a legal opinion is needed. I have contacted his office on four separate occasions over the past 4 months. Each time I left a detailed message with his assistant who promised to leave the message with Terry. I requested a call directly to my cell. I expressed frustration with the lack customer service but hung in there longer than I normally would due to the referral. To this day I have never received a call back or message from Terry. I have abandoned this referral because the service (and I agree with another google reviewer) is non-existent. If anyone refers Terry Fraser to you I suggest you try another firm as I plan to do.

Terrible client service. Would not recommend this brutal law firm to literally anyone- you will get much better service and more clear answers from anywhere else. The office administrators are extremely rude and inconsiderate. This is the classic example of a lawyer being in the profession for the paycheque.
