The mediation thru Collin was a complete waste of time and money.

We both filled out intake forms which he didn’t even review. Nor did he review any financial documents before he quickly suggested my ex and I start writing each other proposals.

How can you negotiate a separation agreements without your financial disclosures? I felt like he was trying to prolong the process and collect more fees from us. It took all 2 hours just to painfully and slowly even get part of the financials on the table?

It was a very unprofessional and dissatisfying experience. Don’t flush your money down the drain, go somewhere else if you’re looking for a mediator.

Experienced the most incompetent service through this firm for an uncontested divorce. Was led along for thousands of dollars as a low income parent with no progression of our divorce application well after a year. They charged me hundreds of dollars for basic emails between myself and my ex-husband just to retrieve financial information and provided us with no other service. Our lawyer Colin couldn't even recall the name of any of the forms needed during our meetings so had to google them ourselves and attempt to construct a divorce agreement without him. It was one of the most time and resource wasting experiences I have had and now I can't afford to get divorced because all my saved funds went to this firm for absolutely nothing. Better to just file anything yourself than to hire these crooks.

I used TKS recently for some help with conveyancing. I spent a bit more than I wanted to but sometimes you have to just pay the piper. I must say it was worth every penny though as I am pretty new to legal deals and conveyancing, and Terri made things a breeze for me. Taylor was also great to deal with! Overall I am very thankful for Taylor & especially Terri, both made my deal quick & easy, and I would definitely do business with TKS again in the future!

Pretty sure there was some shady stuff going on, Gave me horrible advice in my sons court custody case for parenting time. While she did fight hard she convinced me to agree to 51/49 split so my ex has control over everying in exchange for me being a guardian. I would never pay them again. Not worth the money find a different firm.
