I only wish I found Sunny and his team sooner. We did an out of province purchase in BC and got ghosted last minute by a different Victoria area lawyer. My realtor recommended Sunny (and I should have asked her sooner...). We had less than a week to closing (after the New Year holidays) and Sunny and Maureen and everyone else who worked on our file were absolutely amazing. So kind and professional, despite the rush. We felt absolutely awful putting that kind of pressure on them, but they pulled through for us.
