Would not give the one star as well if that was possible. They do not care about your calls and messages. You’re just gonna be left on read. Messed up my tax return and when I tried to contact him, he just left my messages on read. Takes forever to file your taxes and when it’s done you can’t even be sure if he did it correctly. Save your money and pay a bit more somewhere else if possible. At least, the service would be far better and they would not mess up your return and respond to you.

Worst experience ever from this consultant. They also run an another tax consulting firm A&N accountant LLp. I’ve trying to reach this guy Nasir Mirza. He never answers phone call never replies to email or text messages. If I would have an option to put zero rating would have done that not even value for clients time. We are group of people being filing taxes from this company and now looking for new accountants to help us moving forward. atleast you’re loosing 5-10 clients from my end. Worst experience!!!!!

The reviews below that gives this accounting firm a rating higher then 2 or 3 stars is either friends of the owner, or was told by owner to inflate the rating to make the place more attractive. Their Facebook page rating is the most accurate: 1 star.

THIS review is the only one you need to read if you are considering this firm for personal or business tax services.

This is a horrendous, and terrible accounting firm. The owner does not pick up calls or check their emails timely, leading to you paying more to the CRA for missed deadlines. It doesnt matter how early and prepared you are, your filing/taxes is always a hit or miss. No exaggeration.

There have been many instances where I have sent emails for my business with all the documents that was requested, only to have the owner/their workers state that they haven’t received it. They do get it, but apparently these people are too lazy to properly read and check an email.

The bottomline: Cheap accounting services that come with an even cheaper customer service quality. Inconsistent, lazy, and not attentive to detail. You will lose money in the short and long term. Beware, and stay away.

Never file your tax from here they dont know how to file only. I asked they to file my tax they filed but then i got a mail from cra saying your refund has been removed and now i have to pay though i was in a below income group and on letter it state their is been mistake in the filling which was done by this guys and now i am trying to reach they never pick up my call. Its been more than a month i am trying to reach no reply yet. I understand human make mistake but this guys after making mistakes they are not ready to rectify also just ignoring my phone.
They guy who filled my tax name is Nizam and their is also one other guy with him i forgot his name i cannot say about him because i dont know but i do know about nizam because he was the one who filed my tax and now not responding.
