She is a consummate professional—highly knowledgeable, exceptionally honest, and always dependable. What truly sets her apart, however, is her genuine kindness and deep understanding of the challenges landlords face today.

Unfortunately, some of the negative reviews circulating online come from individuals who are simply dissatisfied with outcomes that did not go in their favor—often as a result of legal proceedings. These reviews do not reflect Susana’s character or the quality of her work.

I have had Susana represent me in the past and always recommended her. I looked at the reviews from a few people that posted and was shocked. Than I read them and she didn't even represent that person, they are angry because she WON against them. This shows me they were butt hurt because she won with the evidence given. Therefore in my opinion those 2 reviews are dismissable. I find Susana fair, kind, reliable and for her clients. Oh and she won my case. If i need you again I will definitely be back to hire you.

I wouldn't use this last. Looking at her reviews and watching her argue with clients or people she fought against. Then she even runs to the cops to get them to demand people to take down the reviews. She calls the cops when she gets called out on these reviews as well.
I'm a journalist and have taken the time to look into these paralegals that claim they know the law but then act and show different in the courtroom. The lies I've seen already and I've just started on this project.

Susana is Ignorant, Lazy, a Liar and a thief.
I hired her for very simple tasks at a rate higher than what she was asking. She did NOT know what she was doing and lied about her competence and qualifications. Her conduct was extremely unprofessional, entitled and based from what I could tell, a fundamental lack of knowledge of the LAW. This manifested itself in behavior that ultimately led to an LSO complaint and a Small Claims case against her. Susana was brought before a court ordered review and instead of addressing any of the issues raised, argued that she was NOT an officer of the court and not subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts or LSUC.
I see no need to post any details as it is a matter of public record for those who wish to fact check. If you cant find anything i would be happy to provide it.
I can only offer my own personal experience and sure maybe she’s a swell person in her personal life, I don’t know. But I am sure that there are numerous other options if you are looking for knowledgeable, ethical, hard work as it relates to legal issues.
On a side note, a big ole frowny face for you Susana for blatantly trying to set back the paralegal community to pre 1960 mentality. A great deal of Great people struggled for many years to have the courts recognize paralegals as officers of the court.
The Paralegal program prescribed by the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC) has several subjects that touch on professional responsibilities and legal ethics. Prospective Licencees also learn about the Paralegal Rules of Conduct, their duties to the Courts, clients and, other licencees. These requirements are on a par with the duties imposed upon barristers and solicitors. The prospective Licencees learn that, fundamentally, professional standards equivalent to those required of barristers and solicitors are expected of Paralegal (P1) Licencees and are enforceable by the discipline process of the LSUC.
Proposed Amendment 29.1 Every person who is licensed to provide legal services in Ontario as a Paralegal is an officer of every court of record in Ontario in which a paralegal is authorized by law to provide legal services.
If you don’t believe in this Susana you should just find something else to do that does not require an oath or ethical oversight.
