We went with this group of lovely ladies as there were lots of recommendations that came in for them. They completed both mine and my husband’s personal taxes last year and this year. This year they made huge mistakes, which would have cost us largely. I caught it, but I’m not an accountant and this is why we trusted and paid for their services. All there staff are very easy to approach and chat when errors are made, just have not come across this before.

Susan and her team were fantastic! After getting married and doing a poor job on our taxes (and paying up the ying Yang), we made the decision to have an accountant do our taxes. We did our research and found Susan - and we are thrilled we did! We will never attempt our taxes on our own again, Susan and her team have our business forever!

Very friendly and helpful folks, but so super busy, that "We fell through the cracks", as Susan explained to me. We trusted them to be the experts, and went to them on others' many recommendations, as our accountant had retired and I did not want to take the time to do all the filings myself, I now feel that I should have.. .Perhaps we were spoiled by our previous accountants method of discussing our options prior to filling, "my bad", which eliminates refiling due to errors and unapproved decisions. They had prepared both our T2 and T1's. After reviewing the final assessments from the CRA we found errors on all of them. She had made decisions on our filings without consulting us first, and some were contrary to CRA guides, in my case would have cost an additional $2500.00. I called and had them refile our personals with the amendments, which with a couple of back and forth tweaks was done. She made it sound like filing our T2 would have issues at the CRA end, so I will do it my self. Although they are very easy to approach and speak with, and were ready and willing to take us on as new clients, we are not satisfied with their performance in our instance.
