I can't say enough good things about this dental office. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with genuine warmth and kindness. The entire team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always makes both myself and my kids feel completely at ease. They take the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully, which is something I really appreciate as a parent.

It's more than just a dental office — they’re truly community-oriented and their care doesn’t stop when you leave the building. We've run into some of the staff around town and they’re just as kind and personable outside the office as they are inside. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Thank you for making every visit such a positive experience!

All but one appointment was rescheduled, and that was with the hygienist. I book appointments and coordinate it with childcare so when I get a call to reschedule, it isn’t as simple as rescheduling..I need to find a day and time that works for a babysitter which becomes very frustrating. The day before an appointment, i received a call asking me to come in a hour later than my scheduled appointment. I stated I couldn’t and I needed to keep it the original time and I was told it’s not a problem. Once I get there, I waited 45 minutes to be told it’s going to be at least another 20/30 minutes before I can be seen. They knew very well when they called that I would not have been seen at my scheduled time and instead of being honest, they wasted my time and money for a babysitter. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made another appointment to which it was cancelled as well. Finally I was seen and had a filling which the next day cracked. I called to book to be assessed and it was cancelled AGAIN! I am not impressed whatsoever and I’ve now switched dentists.

We recently switched dentists due to the fact that we moved to Iroquois and the convenience of having a dentist right here. I personally struggle with anxiety at the dentist and have never had a dentist that’s offered alternate options to help lessen the anxiety. I must say that this has been such a great experience knowing that I can go to the dentist now and not have such a strong reaction. I’m also thankful with how pleasant all of the staff has been and how accommodating they are. I have been to both offices, the one here in Iroquois and
the one in Morrisburg, both offices share the same staff and everyone is an absolute pleasure! Thank you so much for helping to make this transition so easy. I highly recommend this business!

I was not a patient here but a tooth of mine broke in the middle and my dentist was on holidays. I got an appointment the day I called with Dr Alex. I am a nervous patient and he was very good. He explained things as he went. Very considerate. What I thought was going to be a disaster turned out better then I thought. Thank you to all involved in getting me in quickly and doing a great job.
