We bought a condo in Victoria while living overseas, with the goal of retiring to it. Since 2008 Kim Sterling, and later Ashley Stanford too, have provided us with great service. It never worked out that we got to meet any of them in person, but our electronic interactions were always great, giving us prompt and clear information. We have left them only because our circumstances have changed. I recommend them highly.

I have been having my taxes done by Sterling Stanford for at least 8 years.
Both Ashley and Kim are extremely efficient and provide great fast, knowledgeable service with a minimum of contact required.
If there are any questions, they relay them quickly and concisely.
In addition to my personal return, which is not always straightforward, they have prepared a Family Trust return quickly and at a reasonable cost.
The office staff are always pleasant and efficient.
An added bonus is underground parking in their building.
I would highly recommend Sterling Stanford for your taxation needs.

Unfortunately the accountant made a mistake in my 2021 taxes with tax credits which my current accountant is still working to remedy. When I brought up the issues to them in 2021 they blamed my previous accountant and said she had done my previous taxes wrong, although I had given them previous tax records with all my information on them for them to use & had confirmed with my current accountant & CRA that it was correct. Otherwise I found the price decent and the staff friendly. But very disappointed they did not review my file and information properly to do my taxes correctly which I am still working to resolve.

This amazing team of accountants and office staff has handled my income taxes for me through many changes in the past 3 years and I don’t think I can ever thank them enough for the caring , and professional manner in which they conduct business .
