Unprofessional and Inexperienced – Do Not Recommend Arslan Hanif

My experience with Arslan Hanif as my lawyer was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, it was clear that he lacked both the experience and the confidence to handle my case effectively. He did not fight for my interests, and when it came to critical matters — especially involving my CPT — he completely failed to stand up to the Crown or defend my position.

What made things worse was that he mishandled important documentation, including losing my CPT, which was a key part of my case. Rather than taking responsibility or making any real effort to resolve the issue, he shifted blame toward me, his client. This behavior was not only unprofessional but showed a complete lack of accountability and care for the outcome of my situation.

Throughout the process, Arslan showed no sign of strategic thinking or assertiveness. His communication was vague and often unprepared, and he failed to present my case with any strength or clarity. It felt like he gave up before even trying — and instead of advocating for me, he passively went along with whatever was being suggested by the other side.

It was also clear to me that Arslan is still very new to the legal field. He lacks the confidence, assertiveness, and legal knowledge that you would expect from someone handling real clients and real legal issues. His inability to communicate strongly or push back when necessary made me feel like I had no one on my side.

Even more upsetting was his behavior as my case date approached. While I was dealing with anxiety and uncertainty, hoping for proper legal support, Arslan was busy posting photos of his hobbies on Instagram — as if nothing important was going on. It made it painfully clear that he did not take his client's case seriously and had no real concern for the outcome or my situation. That level of disregard for a paying client is completely unacceptable.

If you’re looking for a lawyer who will stand up for you, fight to protect your rights, and actually care about your case, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Arslan Hanif is not yet ready to take on that responsibility. He may gain experience over time, but at this stage, he is not the kind of lawyer you can rely on when it matters most.

I walked away from this experience feeling completely unsupported and frustrated. I would not recommend his services to anyone looking for competent legal representation.
