DO NOT . DO NOT use this law firm for any real-estate transactions. I understand if you see other 5 star reviews but the following is fact and just happened on 9:45pm MT 12/4/2023. Shelley Germann was noticeably under the influence of alchohol and hung up on her own client multiple times. More insulting then that she removed over 2k from an amount owed to her client without any permission or upfront notice. This woman is an embarrassment to the legal profession. I cannot speak for the other attorneys at this firm but you would do very well to stay far away from SHELLEY GERMANN.

I was a witness to a call from this Alex Czuleger, he started the conversation yelling very much bullying. There was no alcohol involved, and anyone would have hung up on this person. In my experience this is a top notch firm.
