They make the tax process super easy. Just drop off your taxes and then pick up with appt usually. They helped me change my last name to my married last name. I’ve had Benno, Claudia & Katherine before and all of them were super helpful and gave me tips to claim more for a bigger return. Very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you 🙂
