Used this accountant for about 5 years. The first three, were great. I got busy and couldn’t meet in person, that completely changed the tune I guess. Pretty much forgot who I was, had to remind her on many things and numbers didn’t add up. Pushed our taxes back a few times and only contacted us for things related to her getting paid right away. Wanted our files out of her home office asap unless we were willing to pay her. Was a very unpleasant experience, I assume we got moved down her profitable list so her attitude changed as well. Do not recommend.
