I was in need of a paralegal and was hesitant to go online to find someone.

Sonya was recommended to me by a friend and honestly I am so grateful that I called Sonya. I sought the advice of Sonya and I was immediately impressed with her efficiency, she pays great attention to detail, well versed and business like manner.

She explains things in easy to understand language. Sonya is very professional, has a warm personality, explains the process in great detail, was giving me regular updates and made it very affordable and stress free as I was doing the dreaded legal will.

Another legal matter came up a couple of weeks later and I did not hesitate to call Sonya and have her notarize more legal documents for me.

I don't care much for legal stuff but Sonya made it easy and a lot less stressful.I would highly recommend her to anyone and would not hesitate to send my friends and family if they are ever in need of a paralegal for any reason.

Bad experience. Not there when I arrived RIGHT ON TIME. That was the second appointment I had made. I had to cancel the first one when she informed me only after making the appointment that her address had changed from the one on her website. Only excuses offered in response. And would not have been $35 I found out later, to put her seal on two extra pages, not even sign them.

See her reply. Still doesn't take responsibility for the misinformation about her address on her website. And I was there for the second appointment I made, on time, and at the "correct" address she gave me the night before over the phone. It was still not the address! Beware, it is not 140 Hollywood Court, irregardless of what it now says on her website or she may tell you. 140 Hollywood Ct is a townhouse, but her office is in the apartment building!! Furthermore, I cancelled with plenty of notice, and only after finding out the address on her website was wrong. It did not appear in any of the emails which, by the way, were auto-generated by her scheduling software. Sonya is a real piece of work and completely lacking in professionalism. I know, I was a member of the Law Society of Ontario for 22 years. And her prices are not transparent. If you have something sketchy to get notarized, this is the place to go. She is desperate. As you can tell from her over-the-top reaction to one bad, but truthful, review.
