Recently picked up an online order at the Carlingwood location in the evening. The mall was pretty empty but there Wed a few customers on the store. Staff seemed attentive to everyone. Very smooth process. The staff was so friendly and smiling. I tried on the shoes I ordered there in the store and ended up returning one pair right away. I was treated nicely and with patience, which I appreciated after a long day at work myself. Great selection and fair sale prices 🙂

Great customer service and a fairly wide selection of shoes. I didn't find what I was looking for (my particular Soft Moc sandals that I have been buying for many years have been discontinued due to Birkenstock not allowing the competition according to a staff member). Shame on you Birkenstock. I used to buy both brands but will likely look for another option rather than purchasing from Birkenstock (bullies shouldn't prosper). Yes, I loved my soft mocs that much. 🤷‍♀️

I went in looking for boots today and I do NOT recommend shopping in this store. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Not one of the staff acknowledged me. I had to ask for sizes. No one could care less that I had money to spend. Rude and disrespectful. I am in sales and I know what it takes to create a good relationship with a client in such a short period of time. Absolutely pathetic. No one cares. Don’t bother!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Staff needs to chill out and take their panties out of a knot. I went in today, there’s these shoes I’ve been wanting to buy. Didn’t end up getting them 1 because of the service I got and 2 the quality for price. I went to a staff named Lou, she had green hair at the roots annd black at the ends, and about 5’10. She was helping other customers, but they were trying shoes on. So I said “excuse me” I only wanted to know her opinion on them. For her to rudely respond with an unnecessary tone “I’m with a customer right now”. Even the customers she was helping looked at me confused as to why the attitude. She told me to go see the staff at front, who were also busy. So I waited in the spot. She checks them out, and it still was one of her coworkers who came to help me. I have no clue what I said and did for her to be extremely rude for no reason at all. And if I’m being honest if it weren’t for Lou’s attitude in the first place, I’d probably would have walked out with those shoes despite the quality (they were cute). I’d say get your employees intact before your store keeps loosing sales (reviews don’t look too pretty).
I’ve never had a staff treat me like this even when they are busy. They’d always give me the minimum “I’ll be with you in a minute” or “I’ll be there after this customer” I don’t know if lou is mad about her pay, but man I’d be mad too if I worked in a shoe store in my lates 20s.

I went into the store today with full intent to buy new shoes. The store was empty but The staff were too busy working on a shipment and cleaning a shelf to even bother asking me if I needed a hand. To be honest I don't even think they saw me. After 10 minutes of no one talking to me I decided to walk out. Just lost a sale.
