A friend referred SmartVisa to me when I planned to apply my PR. During my first phone conversation with Mr Li, his professional and positive attitude earned my trust. Mr. Li is very effective and knowledgeable. He always replies to all my emails and questions quickly no matter after work or weekends. He is very patient and walked me through all possible immigration methods and helped me pick the one that suits my condition the best. At the beginning, there were few problems with my application but Mr. Lin’s team reviewed, analyzed those problems and provided solutions immediately.
