Incredibly rude, unhelpful staff. They are a designated pick-up point for DHL parcel delivery, but are located outside of town, and are only open until 4pm, which makes it absolutely impossible for us to get there to pick up our parcel. She also refused to assist us by talking to DHL and asking them to just leave our parcel on our porch. (The woman on the phone said to us that DHL claimed to have tried delivering our parcel twice, but we never left the house that week and they left no papers or indication that they were ever here, so that's pretty fishy.) She was very short with us, blunt, and outright rude. When I expressed that we were unable to even make it there to pick up the parcel she just said there's nothing she can do. Use alternative shipping and communications services whenever you can.
