Anthony Thomas made his helper Kelly Hoeve do all the work then stole half my money! I was in a highway car crash that was the other drivers fault and it has left me with a life of pain. As I result I ended up homeless and jobless because Anthony didn’t apply for me to receive the monthly supplemental income.
Terrible and crooked.

When I first got into a motor vehicle accident, I was hesitant to speak with a lawyer. I decided to contact Simpson, Thomas, & Associates after reading great reviews online and learning they offer a free consultation. I met with Cathy Rizzo, who made me feel comfortable and re-assured with my decision. She was knowledgeable, approachable, and very clear and articulate when discussing any aspect of my claim. I was confident that I had made the right decision and felt safe with Cathy leading my case. Cathy and her team took care of everything! They were always available through email or via phone if I had any questions or concerns throughout my claim. Most importantly, I was treated as a person, and not just a claim number. I could sense Cathy’s genuine concern for my health and well-being for which I was truly grateful. My grandparents had been in a motor vehicle accident back in 2018 and we decided to go with Simpson Thomas and Associates and have still not been able to close the case in 2022. We have limited communication with our lawyer Adam Yuen and have trouble reaching his receptionist or assistant to even book a meeting with him. I do not recommend that you go with them if you and your loved ones need lawyers who are compassionate and actually work towards providing you with solutions. These people don’t care about their past clients and overlook their cases very easily.

I was looking for a good personal injury lawyer in Vancouver/Surrey for my car accident claim, I had come across Simpson ,Thomas. I had a phenomenal experience. Mel Chaudhary was knowledgeable ,always clear to each and every prospect or point in the case .Always have the client in loop during the case . After each communication i was assure my case is in safe hands .His assistants was very helpful especially Katrine ,she was always one step ahead for the needs of clients and always respond in a timely manner either its related to follow up with adjuster or any practitioners .I have came across another law firm too but the way Katrine organizes the paperwork which i believe plays a vital role in any case is to its best all in a sequence with special notes . I didn’t have to worry about dealing with icbc because Mel and his team had taken care of everything . I would definitely recommend Mel Chaudhary and his team to anyone in the lower mainland!!Mayur from Delta office provided a great service and acknowledges the client with a smile , ready to help if any concern to its best. whenever i had any question or query Mel ,Katrine ,Mayur and the extended team was great in all aspects the client needed or wished.
