Slow and unreliable service. Constantly had to call and email Kevin just to see any progression. Not a complicated task either - simple lease and mortgage transfer took 4 months.Go here if you want to chase your lawyer for an update.

Don't take my word for it, just call and the extremely rude receptionist will send you running.

Called them to get help as my mother had an untimely death with no will. Got a female on the phone who had zero empathy and seemed like I bothered her calling for assistance. Was told someone would look over my information and give me a call back. That was over a week ago. Not holding my breath for a call back, I'll go elsewhere.
