Silvester & Associates Immigration provided excellent service. My wife and I wanted to obtain a Visitor Visa for my Mother and Father in law who live in Vietnam. We had previously applied for a visa for the In Laws that had been rejected and were quite disheartened but after a recommendation decided to try Silvester & Associates.
They provide excellent, courteous and professional service. Our case was handled by Thi Nguyen, who was excellent and patient while guiding us through the labyrinth of information required for the application. The application was meticulously cross checked by the head of the organization and to our delight was quickly approved.
I am pleased to recommend Silvester & Associates for any visa or immigration requirements.

Worst experience ever,, they do not reply emails . If ask for appointment they ask you to pay extra charges on top of the charges you have already paid for your profile …never hiring them again ..They do not show their concern about clients application. Once the applicant is applied and the client has paid the fees they will stop replying emails and if the client asks about the update of the application they will ask the client to pay more money as the client is wasting their precious time by asking about the application update..Not good at all ..do not know how to treat their staff . Disgusting and completely horrible firm .

I highly advise to not work with this firm. Transparency is non existent. They never advised us on the LMIA not being applied for until naming applicants. Employers are obviously looking for workers so why would you not make the application at once, unnamed, and apply the names as they come thru?

We were advised $2500 fee which is what most other local professionals are charging for the application, NOT the exorbitant $4500, which we have since learned.

Furthermore, S&A team failed to register a license for my firm to hire FW's. Causing further delays. They also posted the inccorect job description which took several days to get updated and changed, and of course was made to be 'our fault'.

In closing, the fact that Deborah sold herself up and down, strict professional, TRANSPARENT, knows all the in's and out of immigration due to her 'highest clearance level with CSIS' and then completely fell off, made herself unavailable, failed to direct her team in a prompt and professional manner, posted incorrect job descriptions, Sylvester and Associates receives and grade of 1/10 at best.

Worst of all, i sent a completely professional email, no foul language or similar, and Deborah tried to bully me by stating the 'she was very disappointed with my language'. I get it, 'transparent', 'professional', 'led astray' would be hard to handle when you cant live up to these words....

Listen, as an owner of a commercial roofing brand, one of the most challenging industries, i have dealt with this on the other end multiple times and learned. In dealing with customers with my own companies for over 15 years i have learned from all the mistakes; Take it on the chin and make solution based decisions; Don't argue with your clients, back peddle and make excuses or WORSE try and blame it on them.

Find a different consultant.
