Realestate lawyer focus on Chinese community, they speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin, I was recommended to them by a good friend, but had a really bad experience, my impression is they assigned too much cases to one staff, they just don't have enough time to help you on your cases.

2023 update: When I purchase a commercial unit. There are an open building permit, my lawyer didnt bother to check. When I am selling the unit, the responsible become mine, and it took me almost a year the get my previous owner's building permit closed so I can closed the sale. And the lawyer fee was unreasonably high!

Will not recommend this place.

Had a Very bad experience with Crystal Chen. Unprofessional and bad attitude. The closing was delayed because of a mistake she made. Had to pack everything and find a hotel to stay for the extra night. Didn’t apologize. Didn’t compensate our loss. Kept finding excuses. Charged above average legal fees but didn’t even get the job done on time. Avoid this firm.
