Don’t know who the Local guides are, as most don’t seem to be clients and speak not for themselves. I have been Shahzad’s client since 2016. He is very professional, ethical, smart and compassionate with a good demeanour. He is honest and hard working, who produces results and takes pride in his work. You will be in good hands. You will not regret it. He was highly recommended to me by another lawyer in civil ligation and I can see why.

We were having issues with the unit we bought and our only option was litigation. So we approached this guy and he was very considerate. Being new to Canada, we are still naive; and this man could have taken us for a ride but he did not. He guided us accordingly, helped us out with the issue at hand and unlike other litigation lawyers, didn’t charge us for consultation.

Used them for closing of property 3 times. They are only good as long as you dont eant them to do anything other than the normal paperwork of closing. Had issues the 3rd time when the seller handed over the house in a bad state. Mr waseem who was so gooey before now would not want to take my calls or even call back. In the end, i ended up paying out of my own pocket to fix things up.
All in all just ok with paperwork, DO NOT expect more than that.

I reached out to Abrahams LLP for real estate solicitor services and was put in touch with Waseem Mohammed. Email requests made to Waseem for estimates were not replied.

I called two days later and was told that he had been unable to check his email. That night however, he sent me a detailed quote for legal services. When I tried to ask questions by phone or email, again, I was unable to reach Waseem.

Today, nearly a week later, I called his direct line and got forwarded to voice mail, which was full. I then called his office and a clerk told me he was on the phone and that he would call back. Unsurprisingly, no one from this firm has since tried to contact me.

I can only derive from these events that Abrahams LLP is not interested in conducting business and would advise potential clients to contact other firms for legal services.
